plateau buster is WATER?
could it be that simple? could the answer be right in front of our noses (or more precisely, in our faucets)?
i read "what did y'all eat" posts every day and i marvel at the amounts of water/fluids other WLSers are drinking... on a good day, i can get in 40 - 48 ounces, which my doc said was fine. but some of you guys are drinking 80+ and being quite successful.
so for the last 2 days i have CHOKED down more water than ever and guess what?.... i lost another pound!
please tell me... IS WATER (fluids) THE MAGIC? before you flame me about carbs and protein, i will tell you that i am A-OK on that front.
