Have any of you taken this medication
STacy,
Yes, I have taken it & yes it does help, but, I haven't taken it since
surgury. It should help. It is really good if you work weird hours like
late swing or graveyard to help you get your sleep patterns into some
kind of order. I don't think it will hurt you. take it about 30 to 45 min
before you want to sleep. Its better than sleeping pills as they work
on the brain cells & wont make you groggy. You need to take them
for awhile to maybe see a big difference. But I'd try them. They are also
little pills, so they should not hurt you for any reason. Let me know if
they work.

Hi Stacy, I used to take this pretty regularly - had forgotten all about it! It really worked for me, but this was a few years pre-surgery. Just to be sure, I would run this by your PCP AND your WLS surgeon (sometimes the PCP's don't really know all that much about the special care required of post-WLS patients). As for this sleep-aid, I do recall it worked pretty well with no ill side effects. Check it out first, though, ok? Good luck - I'm having a terrible time with sleep as well. Best, Reenie
