A protein question/supplement question-
Sharon, I treat my protein drinks just like any other liquid, including water, so I follow those rules. Don't drink anything until at least an hour after ingesting food or vitamins -- especially take caution with the vitamins because you want to make sure your system is absorbing all the nutriets to the best that it can. So in this, I advise you err on the side of caution and wait an hour before you drink your shake. Have a great day! Reenie
