TT approved

Being the patient person that I am I called Blue Cross Blue Shield yesterday to inquire about my TT. The lady told me that it was approved and that I would be receiving a letter in the next few days. I am so excited. Thanks for all of the support and prayers. Nick

whoho, Congrats on the approval Nick. What version of BCBS do you have? I am cuoriouse as I have BCBS of Illinois and have no clue as to weather they do PS. My aunt had to have everything done self pay but that was about 10years ago. Thanks, Leslie

I have Blue Cross Blue Shield, but it is the Nebraska Association of County Employees Plan. I am actually having the belt lipectomy, but the insurance company will only pay for the TT. I have to pay for the back to be done as it is not medically necessary. That is ok though because they are at least picking up most of the bill. My date is May 3rd. Nick

Great news, Nick! My insurance is BC/BS Anthem so you give me hope! Although the PS's office has told me that it is very difficult to get approval...let us know when your date is! Reenie
