Itsa my birthday too!!

Hi everyone....today I feel very lucky to have made it to my one year mark....this is undecidedly been the most important decision I have made for myslef and I would do it again if I had to!! I have lost 111 lbs. in a year and I have 40 to go. That is if its not my skin that wieghs 40 lbs....I am at such an evil plateau. But am thankful where I am...I am wearing regular misses size 16 pants and L tops and feels good about myself in clothes....I will let you know once I go in public in shorts....my legs are awful!! I should not complain.....I look ALOT better than I did this time last year and I am thankful to God and my wonderful surgeon, Dr. Bertha....who in my opinion is the best. My family has been extremely supportive also. Well thats my little update on me! Love and health, Sue

Sue, I'm right there with you about the stall...geez, this one is the pits! You look marvelous in your before/after photos, you are simply glowing with good health and happiness! All the best to you and continued success! Reenie

Thanks so much Reenie!! How long of a stall are you on? Mine is well deserved though...I am going back to basics like I am newly post-op again and see what I can do!!
