Protein Help...

I mix my protein shakes with Carb Control milk which adds additional protein to the drink and is low carbs. I've also blended with cold coffee to make mocha shakes. Sometimes I just use plain water.
For fruit flavored drinks...water is best for me. For chocolate drinks I occassionally add in Creme de menthe sugar free coffee flavor syrup for a hint of mint.
I tend to like everything blended with at least some ice.

I am a smoothie junkie so I throw in some fruit or yogurt and beef up the protien that way. I use soy milk with it as well.
vanilla soy, splash of coconut flavoring, splash of cocoa, coffee and viola...mocha coconut "frapuccino" ...well sort of! LOL
The nectar ones I like just plain! That fuzzy navel one si my favorite I might like to add a little vodka to that one LOL

I have used Fruit2O waters with either chocolate or vanilla protein powder. Orange with vanilla makes a really good 'creamsicle' flavored shake . and the rasberry with chocolate is good too.
My standby drink is to mix choc & vanilla protein powder and some instant decaf . and make a mocha shake ..
