I'm Back & with sorta good news!!
HI Gang
Spent a great weekend in the Az wonderful weather los 90's
& enjoyed every minute. I hit Cajon Pass on Monday & the heavy fog & haven't seen the Sun since & it is only 60 here in
San Diego. May Gray is still here. Anyway for the good news,
as you no, I have been dealing with a regain of weight & was
over 240 again. Hated it & started back to the no grazing rule
& weighed yesterday when I got home & am down to 233. Yippee!!
I weight this A.m. just to make sure I was not dreaming this
& yup, I am still 233. So If I stay with the exercise & not let the Billy thing get to me I might just not need to do a
revision. I will talk later about the Billy Situation. Lets
just say the first have of the weekend went quite well, the
2nd half was not so great. My Dogs are great & still love their Mom. Off to work, will check back in later today.
