1 year anniversary
Okay, here goes. It has been one full year today and I have officially lost 91 lbs. My start weight was 268 lbs and today I am 177 lbs. I used to wear a size 26 and I am now a comfy 14. My shoe size has gone from a wide 10 to a regular 9. My breasts have all but disappeared and so has my high blood pressure. I have had no complications and am very healthy. Other then what seems like a snails pace of weight loss- I have no complaints. I feel and look like a normal person and love that no one snickers or makes remarks about my weight. I have a little ways to go but true contentment sits with me today and I am going to enjoy it. I wish us all continued success- Take care and Happy anniversary to other March 25thers!
