Good News for All!!!
Well I finally figured out how to break my plateau!!! I was going to the gym 5 days a week and just about killing myself and my girlfriend that I go with suggested we maybe drop down to 3 days a week. Best decision I ever made after the first week of doing this bammmm 5 lbs gone the first week. I haven't lost 5 lbs at one time since September and then I was scared it would catch up with me but just weighed myself again and wow!!!! another 4 lbs gone. I am so happy I have to tell everyone! I know we are all slowing down and trying different things but I just thought I would let everyone know what helped me out. Hope this helps someone. Good Luck to all, only 30 lbs to go!!!!!!

I too found that the week I slacked on my exercise a little I lost the most, I took two days off and turned down the intensity two other days and then I lost a pound a day for that week. I also upped my protein to two drinks a day and I think that helped. It is hard to let yourself drop back on the workout when you know it is good for you to be doing it, plus I have so much more energy I enjoy using it, but it was worth it in my case as well. I have 10 more to go and think I will try and do that again next week and see what happens.
