Can I get a what what
I can't believe it, a year ago I was in pre-op thinking why am I doing this. I am so scared. Now here I am, not yet at my goal, but able to do so much more. I am so proud of my accomplishments
I must have been
not to have done this sooner. I have lost 125 lbs. I can't focus on that I have not yet obtained my goal, I must focus on my accomplishments. Wow!!!! Thanks all for posting, it gives me support, even though I never post. Hope you all have a great day!

Hi Dorothy,
We started at almost the exact same weight, and we currently weigh the exact amount, and I am so happy to see someone else who lost weight at the same rate that I did. I have stalled for the last couple of months and just recently picked up again, but the days of losing 10 pounds per month are gone, I think.
Anyway, I was reminiscing today as well - my anniversary is Friday. I remember the liquid diet and how horrible that was. And I remember crying as they wheeled me down to the OR and I had to say goodbye to my mom and dad. And I remember coming out of the anesthetic and for the first time realizing that I could have died. But it was all so worth it because I have the greatest life imaginable and am a lot healthier!
Anyway, this isn't about me (ha ha). Congratulations on your anniversay and if you ever need to talk - e-mail me at [email protected].
