***Angel Gracefully Landing***

I was at the hospital all day today with Lisa P. and her dear hubby. She was to have her surgery at 10:00am. However, due to scheduling conflict she was not taken bac****il about 12:45. Talk about a long morning for her. Nothing to due but sit and wait. Well after almost four hours in surgery. Dr. Garth Davis came in to tell us that he had a hard time getting her band off. She also had a large hernia and he removed it and pulled her skin tighter across her chest. She wasn't in a room yet when I left but I was able to go and see her in recovery. She was doing well, but still trying to get her pain under control. I will talk with her first thing in the morning and will post more then.
