just a warm howdy shout-out to ya'll!

i got a sweet anniversary [3-2004] letter from the obesity site here, and it reminded me how much i do/have gained from this rich source of caring people, especially during the scary or hard times that come with wls. the encouragement, info sharing and bonding is more valuable than words can express. i gotta keep this short, but hope that despite the fear that march folk are becoming too darn slim--aka--[slim pickn's], that this particular message board will still be able to be continued. i guess it might be taking a back seat to the other boards, since there is such a wide selection like, state specfic, plastic surgery, etc. at least thru one board or another on this site, we are able to be a cohessive group of folks in the same waters in very similiar boats, trying to help each other keep our butt--ummm,--boats, afloat....hope i am mak'n some sense here. anyhooo... i hope to check back in soon....wish'n all well...lc
