1st Year

Yeaterday for my First anniversary and I went for my 1 year post-op check-up. Here are the results. I have lost 192.6 pounds My Measuremens were and are: 2004 arm--(L) 22 (R) 22 Now both are 13 inches bust 67 inches Now 47 waist 68 Now 42 hips 71 inches Now 50 thighs 33 Now 22 calf 22 Now 18 I have lost 115 total inches. The nurse says that is the most anypne has lost with them. I just wanted to share this with all my friends. May God Bless and may we all keep up the good work.
