ONE YEAR TODAY!!

Hello Marchers, One year ago today I received a wonderful gift. It has been a tumultuous year with many highs and a few lows, but I am so grateful for this tool and the difference it has made in my life and especially in my health. I feel more confident and I can participate in activities I only wished for before. I have lost 115 pounds, and I know it could have been more if I had been more diligent about the exercise, but what a difference it has made. Thank you all for sharing your struggles. It helps to know I am not the only one. I will keep on this journey until I reach goal no matter how long it takes. Hugs, Dorothy 350/235/???

Don't give up now. You can continue to loose. I still think that is an honorable loss for a year.
