SNACK ATTACK IS TAKING OVER!!!
I snack at times and do not focus on getting in more than 40gms. of protein--all my labs are fine too.
I do not keep any bad foods in the house. I don't care who else lives here or visits there can be no junk food around. I do serve dessert when serving dinner to guests , but when they leave so do the desserts.
I keep my calores to 1300 max. per day for maintenance, and that works for me. I was at 1000 or less for weight loss.
I eat like a thin person - 3 meals plus fruit snacks or occ. pretzels. I eat bread, pasta and all of that but not bery much. I cannot eat chicken - it just hurts. Other than chicken I an eat whatever I want.
My suggestions--watch your calories and ditch the snacks.
