"Happy Valentines Day Marchers"

Happy Valentines Day to all the "Marchers" wherever you are, I hope you all are Healthy and Happy and most of all "Proud" of all we have accomplished in almost a years time! Isnt it amazing how we all have transformed into beautiful lil' Butterflies! I think we all need to give ourselves a Hand! We all may not be near Goal or are close to it, but we all started at different weights, the important thing is we made a difference in our lives and "think Twice before putting something in our mouths" But we sure are Healthier and thats the most "Important part of why we took the decision to have our "WLS" I am very Happy I had mine and would do it again!!!!! "Beauty is only skin deep" My wish for all of you is that This Valentines Day, we continue to "LOVE" ourselves!!! We deserve it! God Bless you all and keep you all safe!
