Stuckers Club Members
Our goal for next week is 2lbs, it seemed to work so well last week. For me I might have lost 2 if I didn't have Sciatica Attack, never had one before and let me tell ya, I couldn't do much after Saturday morning when it hit me, but go to doc and get medicated. Gotta get back with him tomorrow to see if I can go back to full throttle work out, limited to walking right now and stretching, I've stretched myself into a frenzy the last 3 days trying to get that 1/2lb off..hehehhe. Congrats to everyone that met or went beyond the 2 lbs mark and for us that didn't quite make it.....there is always tomorrow and the next day, the next day....etc.
YA YA let kick those pounds in the RA RA!!! Any suggestions welcomed on recipes to share for this week. I will contribute this one. I take a 2 oz can of tuna and 1 boiled egg mix it up with some garlic powder and pepper 1 tsp mayo and munch down!!

Hey Donna-
I'm OUT this week... not even gonna try to lose it! Nope nope nope!
I'm leaving for Disney on Thursday- While I know I'll be walking my tail off at the theme parks, I'm not gonna put the extra pressure on at all. I've been craving a DWD (dirty water dog--- hot dog that is) since my surgery and I'm gonna have one while hugging Mickey! I promise to stay away from the funnel cakes

Yeah, Give Mickey a hug for me too and while you're being good staying away from the funnel cakes (they'd most likely make you sick anyhow!) the hot dog as a treat is O.K. but just remember... voive of experience here.... chew SUPER well!
I'm in for the two pounds... can't hurt to give it another shot, heck I meight even LOSE the two I gained last week!
