It's mid week- humpday- how's everyone doing?
I promised myself I was going to do some major walking today... so I went to the mall (it's cold here in Jersey!). I walked the WHOLE mall and didnt stop for ONE snack! BOTH floors! I even past the food court! Not even for a pretzel!!! Now THATS amazing for me!
I haven't been to the mall since my surgery. It was the first time I saw the WHOLE mall in one visit!
Today was all about me and getting over this stuck syndrome... bought myself some new clothes, a new purse, candles, fuu fuu shampoo, a decaf latte with fat free milk, some books and some CD's.
Do I feel thinner? No, not really but my wallet does!

I hope everyone is staying focused. I had a hard time today being froze in the house. I'm going to work tomorrow if I have to walk....hahaha. I'm going hubby is home so he can take me. I did try to keep busy to keep the munchie monster away. Got rid of a bunch of clothes....whooo hoooo. I love cleaning out my closet and drawers. Man the mall, I haven't been to the mall in years, just the stores on the outside run in and out. I need to do the mall! Good idea for the weekend walk.
Janine cut them snacks out unless they are healthy!! We are on a mission, Monday is 4 days away. We have 2 lbs to get rid of. Drink tha****er and work them buns!!! Everyone have a great Friday! Go "STUCKERS CLUB"!!! YA YA

I too was at the mall tonight and did some major shopping. Last night I cleaned out my closet and found that I'm woefully low on clothes. I'm going to Alaska in about a month and really needed some warm clothes. Lucky me, Penney's had their winter clothes on sale for 75% off. This was the first time ever that trying on clothes didn't depress me. Everything I tried on either fit or was too big. Woohoo!
And here's the best part.... drum roll, please.... size 10 Levis!!!! They actually went on, zipped and snapped and I could breathe. I didn't get them though because I have a booty. The waist band was too loose in the back. Snug in the tummy, but loose in the back.
Well so far this week, my vigilent attention to my food consumption, and exercise has paid off with a one pound gain. lol

O.K. Guys & Girls that are stuck. I was for along time, I started writing
down everthing I put into my mouth & oh my did that change how I
think about food again. You have to look at what you are eating & when
you are eating. If you are snacking in between meals that is called grazing
& that will get you stuck for sure. Since I started writing everything
down & paying more attention to what I eat. I am losing again. Thats
my soap box for the day. Hang in There, Start looking at what you are
eating & drink drink tha****er. Its very helpful.

Ra! Ra! Kick 'em in the YA YA!
O.K. so for the last two days I've been wiped out, and boy do I mean WIPED OUT! Taking one Soma and a Darvocet at the same time flattened me. This is the first day that I'm allowed to be up and about. Still feeling sore but well at least I'm veritical!
As far as my exercising goes, the doc wasn't joking when she said I could ride as long as I could stay awake that long..... I managed once but only for five minutes. So that means today I ride for ten minutes, five for today and five for yesterday.

This has been my best week in a while. I have been stuck at 150-155 since early December. This week I exercised Sun. - Fri. and twice on Mon. - Wed. I am planning to go back tonight too. I have been eating much better- 800-1200 calories. And I have lost- this morning 148.2! Finally I am below that 150 notch on the scale. I am tring to lose 8 more by my anniversary to the goal my dr. set. Yesterday I went to a trunk show of some beautiful expense clothes and spent a small fortune. My credit card co. called me to see if someone had fraudulently used my card. I sheepishly admitted that it was all authorized.

This week has been tough to get in excercise. I managed toworked out on Monday and then all the rest of the managers and the company owner came into town for Tues-Thursday. So those days were filled with meetings, meetings, meetings, and lots of food at some very nice resturants. I don't think I need to eat for the rest of the week and weekend. I did manage to drag two of the other manager to the mall before dinner on Wednesday to mall walk. Everyone is gone today and I am headed for the gym. Whish me luck on the scales on Sunday (my weekly weigh in day) I think I will need it!
