Challenge the "STUCKERS" from previous post
Well you know I have always kinda been a "joiner" so I am in too. This week will be very hard as all the rest of the manager are in town so I will be working late in meetings as well and "aunt Flo" is due to visit. I have always liked a challenge so why the heck not.

That being said I've been ordered to bed for two days.
Seems that I'm having spasms in my trapezoid (freeking muscle with a weird name!). It runs across your shoulders and down your spine (more or less) I guess and I injured my back three times in four days last week.... only one time was ALL my fault the other two we'll blame on the dog! The doc gave me darvocet and soma, said I should be asleep for the majority of the two days anyway so I shouldn't care.... we'll see!
I will ride my bike when I can sit on it without falling asleep. I can't sit for extended periods but I can ride for five minutes at a time once a day. I specifically asked and doc said 'as long as you can stay awake for the whole ride and then get back in bed...." I wanted to laugh but somehow I don't think she was joking!!!
Anyway, I'm gonna be away for at least those two days but know that I'll be cheering from there.... while laying in bed watching DVDs and drinking lots of water!

So sorry to hear you're "STUCK" in bed. Its been all over the news lately that you burn tons of calories just fidgeting all the time. I've been twirling a pencil when I'm not busy typing or doing some other things. Maybe you can wiggle your toes alot, it just might help while you're lying there.
