Well I'm joining the stuckers club. I'm doing 25 min. exerise in the nivht and will try to improve my intake . I want to hit 199 pounds before Valentine's day. Let's go on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay. Count me in!! I have increased my exercise this week. I'm doing better with what I am eating. I was rewarded with a pound lost today. At last I am under 240 for the first time in at least 25 years. Dorothy 350/239/155

GRRRR...I'm 143 and want to be 135 by my anniversary date...AND I have a vacation coming in 2 weeks....at an all inclusive place...aka, tons of food....PRESSURE! It's making me NUTSO! Joan 247/143/135

I too want to get unstuck!! Two pounds in a week for me would be a miracle. I have gotten serious abou the exercise again. I had to stop when I broke my ankle in October. Now NO excuses. Look out for those 2 pounds. I want them flying off.
