Challenge the "STUCKERS" from previous post

Let's all try something?? Let's set a goal for a week. Have any of you been watching celebrity fit club on VH1? Well anyways they set 1 week or 2 week goals. Lets all try for 2 lbs in one week and all check back in here next Monday night? Lets make a game of it? I'm going to get one of those excersize balls and try that. I so badly want to be at 200 or under come March 15th. We can do this!! Let's get motivated gang!! Let's stick together on this, we can over come this slump. The weather sux and I need motivation so maybe if we do this as a team we can over come this small bump in our journey. What do you say gang?? We sticking or moving? I'm in, Donna! I will up my exercise every day this week with the goal to lose 3 lbs. by next Monday -- which will bring me to 174. Thanks for the nudge! I'll let you know what happens. Maureen

I am in Donna, I have been at 152 for over a week. I want to be in the 140's by my 3/17/05 one year anniversary. That would make me at goal! I will check in next monday night and I hope to post that I am at least 149lbs. Thxs for the suggestion! Shannon The Irish Lassie 266/152/140

In In IN!!! I've been stuck for 2 weeks now at 175... got 25 more to goal and now I'm on a mission! If I can get into the 160's by my anniversary (March 12th) I'll be doing the happy dance. My only little problem is superbowl sunday... was always a bad day for me with fried greasy foods.... argh! -Janine 320/175/150?

This is great gang!!! Janine have plenty of veggies and a good dip on hand for the super bowl.....stay outta of the wings and pizza or you could endulge in a lean cuisine pizza, I have found they are a God send for the pizza monster. Make some tuna or chicken salad wraps (tasty lil treats add some cheese and the guys will even eat em) Let's try to post what we eat for the day. So far I've had my protein drink of 20 grams for breakfast and 40 oz of water, large cup of coffee. We can do this gang!! Donna Beck

Wish I could but we're going to a party at an italian resturant that we always go to... I PROMISE to stay away from the fried stuff, the good NY italian bread (groan!) and the pasta... salad and chicken and water for me =) -Janine

Well for lunch I had a 2 oz chicken breast and 2 tabelspoons of collard greens with vinegar...yum yum. Supper was just in 2 oz chicken breast in a tomato, garlic and basil sauce with steamed zuchinni. I hope everyone is staying focused and on track. I'm going to wait about an hour and do my walking away the pounds 3 miles and some cardio workout. Drinking tha****er, water, water! Day 1 down "Stuckers Club" Keep up the good work and let's YA YA those pounds away. Donna Beck

Donna, you're a great cheerleader. I did two workouts yesterday, but foodwise was so-so. I'm starting the day with my usual turkey and cheese. I've been losing about 4 pounds a month for the last several months, but let's see if I can move two very stubborn pounds by Monday. Connie
