Turkey Meatloaf Muffins!
This is a yummy little recipe that is fun for the kids and perfect for us!
Turkey meatloaf balls.
1 package of ground turkey
1/2 green pepper
1 onion
1 cup stuffing bread crumbs (chicken flavor)
(maybe not quite (eyeball this)) 1/2 cup ketchup w/worcestershire sauce (or BBQ sauce-sugar warning)
garlic powder - to taste
salt - to taste
pepper - to taste
1 egg (I used 1 1/2 tbs hellmans light in place of the egg)
Food process the veggies very very finely and mush everything together.
Set oven to 450 degrees and roll into little balls and drop into muffin tins.
Paint more of the ketchup w/worcestershire sauce on the top.
(you can replace w/BBQ sauce but be careful of the sugar in it).
Bake 18-20 minutes.
Makes about 10-12 turkey muffin balls
The kids love these and so did my husband and I. Very tasty and fills you up quickly!

Welp they are full of turkey. LOL so yeah I would say good protein source
You could always cut the breading in half.
Im sure they would still be good. I just heated the rest of the turkey balls up last night and my husband and son and I just love them even the next day
They are just really yummy. I dont see why they wouldnt do well frozen. I bet they would. Just real yummy
