I have begun a new life !! Water has calories, if you use the flavored stuff and yes they count to me. I love coffee, but my coffee creamer (french vanilla low carb fat free) is hurting me. Need to stop this and count the calories. So, for me cutting down on the coffee creamer using low carb milk with 12 grams of protien, is for me Crackers - even tho wheat, are a trigger food for me so are nuts, any kind . so I need to watch the trigger foods Follow your doctors guide line Measuring,,, really helps keep you on track. For me protien is a priority vit, calcium, are very important Being aware of what you eat is so important, even tho its a small amount the cal can add up fast...... Head hunger, will always be there and its up to me to decide which is real hunger and what is head hunger, and if I feel hunger at all, to know the feeling when my body need something is great We are all different, what someone else can eat.....we might not be able too When weight isnt comming off, do something about it stay on track.....we are in control. I have been stuck a while, but I am trying to change things around , write things down....(what you eat...) Keeping busy is very important.........exersize is a must which I lack am working on this. People will always tell you, you need to eat more, but only we know that. Being true to myself, being happy, with what I have done so far and to enjoy where I am and where I am going in this life long journey is the most important. Doing the things I couldn't do before no matter how little they may seem and being healthy is the goal for me... I am human and not flawless, but since weight loss surgery I have the chance to be normal. Wishing all you the best Donna Just my thoughts..... Thanks

Great words Donna. I am the same way. I have to be really careful of my condiments. Little crackers for the soup. Coffee creamers for my coffee. Butter. Salt. Things like that. They add up sooo quick! I am just trying to keep everything in perspective and create as many good habits as I can. I work out at work in the gym at lunch time. NOW I am working on getting into a work out routine when I get home. We are always going to have our challenges. This surgery gave me the extra incentive that I need! Best Wishes! ELizabeth M
