eating out of control.......................
Hold on!!!! I just came from exactly where you are. I was eating like crazy, grazing all night long. It was insane. I just joined the gym 1 month ago and am loving it! I have really been trying to drink alot of water and if I want to snack I say to myself at least drink have you bottle before you eat. I was on a plateau since God know when and finally 4 lbs gone. Good luck and kick up the exercise!!!

I think night time is the hardest time for most of us to control our grazing, I know it is for me. By the time I get home from the gym, I'm starving and once I start eating, it's hard for me not to keep grazing here at home. I've pretty much stopped watching TV because that was prime grazing time. I'm trying to stay busy with home projects and working on various projects on the computer. At least that way, my hands are busy. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. When I go back and count my calories for the day, I'm usually around a thousand, but I know I could have made better choices - less carbs, more protein.
I wish I had a magic bullet. If you find an answer, please let me know.

That is the hardest time for me too.. so trying to do better.
I will let ya know if what I am doing works for me by posting it.
Sometimes I think a sleeping pill would help, not that I am really hungry its just that head thing.
I am doing really good right now, its hard I had to cook yesterday and made sausage gravy for my son and husband for breakfast , then spagetti for my son for lunch and then dinner, oh ya late I made cheese sticks in the oven. I don't eat what they do......so sometimes it gets really hard.
