I used to have a 40 DD now I have 34 Long, but I look great in clothes. I asked my PS about a breast left and he told me that there is only skin left - no real substance so if he did a lift I would be an A cup, and might want implants. Sounds crazy because I always had really large breasts. Right now I just put all the skin in a C cup and look fine. Louise
