I must be done...?
Surgery date was 3/11/04... started at 308... lost 100 lbs. in 6 months... gained back about 5 lbs... haven't lost, just gone up and down from 210-214 since SEPT...
Do you all think I'm done? I feel great, lots of energy, not perfect on my eating but not bad; but my BMI is still 30.4-OBESE
If I don't lose any more, I'll still be VERY glad I did it... but would love to lose another 15 or so...
Anyone have a crystal ball???

Your body may be trying to stop losing, but you don't have to be done if you don't want to be. Follow the pouch rules: No drinking with meals. Protein first. Low cal veges next. Low carb and low fat. Limit your portions to what you really need rather than eating until you are uncomfortable. Try loading with water 1/2 hour before the meal. Try increasing protein intake.
Your pouch is a tool--it is there when you want to use it. You may be feeling good enough that you are subconsciously sabotaging any further loss. That may be OK, but you should make a conscious decision about it. I'm pretty much at the same point, but closer to goal. I thought I wanted to lose another 5-10 lbs, but I am realizing that I am not motivated enough to do the work at this point. Basically, I am happy where I am.
Good luck!

I got stuck between 150 and 157 for months. I thought I was finished but I started loosing again and now down to 144. I walk when its not too cold-- its been below 0 so I have'nt been walking. BUt I'll make up for it soon enough.
Increase your protein and water. It always works.
