thank you, Stacey! Personally, I eat what I want, only in very small portions. The only thing I WON'T put in my mouth is sweets of any kind...no candy, cookies, cakes, etc. I also won't drink anything carbonated. I truly believe it is an individual thing. There are things on this list that I still can't eat...and I'm 9 months out with a weight loss of 102 lbs. I eat regular cheeses, but small amounts. I practically live on cottage cheese and low carb yogurt, and this satisfies me. Also, before and after my surgery, I had sessions with a nutritionist and we went over a lot of food choices. The surgeon who performed my operation had a VERY extensive before and after care program....and I hope everyone has that information.
Again, thanks for the list!

I didn't realize that! We did the same thing on the same day...what a difference 11 months makes.
I emailed a picture of myself to the site, as I don't have a website, to be put with my profile but it hasn't been put up there yet...not sure how long that takes. I'll probably have more pictures done during my vacation, so I'll have them up next month.
Take care and keep up the good work...you look FABULOUS!
Joan
I also pretty much eat what I want with the exception of sweets. I do eat the low carb ice cream occasionally. Not much. About 1/2 cup. Any more than that and I feel sick. I have to say though that eating fat free foods isn't a good idea. If you look at the nutritional content, you will see the sugar level is higher in fat free than full fat. For example, my husband picked up some lower fat peanut butter. Peter Pan I believe. It had a higher sugar content and the same calories as the Jif reg crunchy peanut butter. I think I would rather have the .5 gram more of fat than the extra couple grams of sugar. I think this whole thing just comes back to everything in moderation.
