the summer clothes arrived!

Well, I got the clothes I ordered from my trip....funny thing....I bought 2 tankinis and tried them on. The catalog was sitting on the bed and I realized...you CAN look like the models in the magazines! I looked at the book and looked at myself in the mirror and thought....geez...I look like her! My daughter even said it, and it totally freaked me out. Yet another wonder of the miracle of surgery... Have a great day, folks! Joan

oh, you WILL get there, girlfriend....that I can assure you! Look at all you've done so far....I've only about 5 pounds to go before I reach my goal...and I think...THEN what happens? Joan, that's fantastic! But remember, the wonder is about YOU, not the surgery. The surgery was merely a catalyst, a jump-start that you needed to finally dig your heels in and do the VERY HARD WORK of taking your weight off.
