I found Stallone high protein pudding yesterday at GNC- 20 g of protein, 100 cal, 2 carbs- chocolate and vanilla
ready to eat- no refridgeration for unopened can
ate it this morning and it was great- don't remember how much it cost, but I definitely recommend it
