Dear Regina, Im a Marcher too! Exactly 2 days prior to your date, your doing very well and you should be proud of yourself, that is 85 pounds gone forever and more will come off too. My doctor said to me when I was at that point, "its 85 pounds you would not have lost that much on any other diets, right?" You will get there honey! This year is going by so fast, I can't believe it has been almost a whole year since we started this journey!

Regina, I too have only lost 86 lbs in this last 9 months. We are slow losers and I know for me, that causes a lot of anxiety. I try to be upbeat no matter what and always remember I am 86 lbs healthier then I was 10 months ago!! Take care and we will get there I have 32 lbs to go to my personal goal and it may take longer then I wanted but the journey is teaching me life lessons along the way. God bless, Dawn 268/182/150

Regina, With a smile like that how could you go wrong? I don't think that 85lbs is a small feat by any means. You be proud...how many people can say that they lost 85lbs in 9 months? Know this you beautiful lady...you are in my prayers. Take care and God bless ya! Shannon The Irish Lassie 266/155/140

As long as the scales are moving in the right direction you are doing fine. I bet if you increase your protein, you will see a big jump! Just keep on... Joy
