quick question
I HAD SURGERY MARCH 31ST OF LAST YEAR AND HAVE GONE FROM 254.5LBS TO 137.5, FROM A SIZE 18 TO A SIZE 2. MY QUESTION IS THIS, MY WEIGHT LOSS HASN'T STOPPED YET ONLY SLOWED AND I'M ALREADY BELOW THE WEIGHT THE DR. RECOMMENDED. IS THERE ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE THAT IS HAVING THIS PROBLEM? MY DR. HAS SCHEDULED ME TO COME IN SO THAT THEY CAN CHANGE MY DIET AND THEY'RE GOING TO SEND ME TO A DIETICIAN BECAUSE THEY FEEL THAT I'M LOSING TOO MUCH WEIGHT, THE ONLY PROBLEM WITH THAT IS PRETTY MUCH EAT WHATEVER I WANT ALREADY AND THE WEIGHT LOSS JUST CONTINUES. ANY RESPONSES ARE APPRECIATED.
THANKS
LAURIE
Laurie, I had surgery on March 31 st also, but I havn't lost any weight since Nov. I have lost 86 pounds weigh 169 and wear a size 12. I really want to lose on down to 150 and wear a size 10, but it looks like I may have lost all I'm going to. Maybe you need to eat more protien . The dietician will help you I'm sure . Good luck , Judy
Laurie,
I'm still losing, although very slowly, as well. I was told not to lose any more weight the first of September. I've lost 14 pounds since then. They are probably going to tell you what I was told. Start drinking a little with your meals and add back in some carbs. More protein is just going to make you lose more weight. It's the carbs, whole grain breads and the like that will stabilize your weight loss.
I still have trouble with carbs and have to really pay attention or they make me dump.
Hope you find your answers.
Happy thoughts,

I'm still losing though VERY slowly. I today reached 128 pounds and am in a size 4-6. I dont want to loose anymore either and have added many carbs and I drink with my meals(not like I used to but I still sip when I'm eating) Even though I'm losing slowly I'm terrified that I will get way to thin, I really like where I am now and dont want to lose anymore!
