I exercised last night !!
Okay people ,
I exercised last night !! I walked outside with my little dog, then I walked on the treadmill 15 minutes , then exercised with the exercise ball for 20 minutes !! I did good. Tonight I'm going to walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes and do the ball for 30 minutes. Today for breadfast I had 1 oz. of deer jerkey and 1 oz. string cheese and 1 egg. At lunch I had 1 oz. of deer jerkey and 1 oz. string cheese and 1/4 cup of slaw. This afternoon I ate 1 oz. of deer jerkey. ( A woman that works with me brought me the deer jerkey, I had never eaten it before Tues. and I love it !! ) Tonight I will have Chili made with Morning Star Crumblers ( soy beans ) . It really is helping being accountable to someone !! Y'all have a good evening. Judy

I am still at work so I have not done anything today about excercise, but I did manage to get in a 3-mile walk yesterday. That is the first time I have done one of those in months. You are doing fantastic with the protein, I need to get better there, I finally went out and got more protein drinks to help get in more protein. Keep it up you are doing great!
