I have to say I am with you on this too. I have not been watching what I eat and stopped tracking my food intake, have been drinking with meals, the whole 9-yards. I realy would like to hit the surgeons goal for me before my one-year but if I don't get back in control I won't even come close. I agree it's time to get serious.
My resolutions this year are to:
Get back on track and commit my life to the new me.
Stop procrastinating with everything.
Get back to the gym and be ready to run the 10K Boulder Boulder road race here in Colorado on Memorial Day.
I feel better that I am the only one having this problem.

I too am trying to reach the elusive 100 lb mark by 3/8. I am down 90 but it keeps wobbling up a pound or 2. I know I don't get enough protein and exercise has not been good lately. I was doing great on my bike until I broke my ankle in Oct. Now I can get back on and I try to do about 20-30 mins a day. I need to rebuild my stamina. I feel like I am permanantly stuck here at 219. If I see one more piece of turkey I think I'll scream!
Me too!!! I hit 85 lbs and I would love to hit 100 by my Anniversary of 03/15/05, 15 lbs in 2 months, I am realistic that it is not going to be easy but I have lost 14 lbs in the last month due to surgery on 12/13/04. I weighed in today at 178. I need to start exercising again but I am sooooooooo weak. I also need to give myself a break and realize that I only had surgery 1 month ago and I had 4 procedures done. So I am on board, no drinking with meals, minimal carbs, protein first and 3 very small portions. If my appetite continues like it has been this month, I will be in good shape!!! Oh yeah & no eating after 7:30 pm
Good luck to all of you, but no matter what happens look at what we have done in such a short time and if anyone says that we took the easy way out, kick them!!!!! LOL

I am making me a priority again!
I had some guilt about the price of the gym and stuff but I am worth the $$ and the stress working out takes off of me makes me better for my family too!

Dina and everyone,
I have waffled, coasted and virtually skated through the last 4 months. I am committed to adding exercise and getting these last 16# off. I have stuggled with the last 5# for 4 mos because of not making me a priority. I am holding myself accountable to the group writing on this post---16# by March 18th! This would mean I would be 100# down on my 1st anniversary!
