Hi All, I don't rememeber if I ever posted here, but I just want to say Hi! I, like all of you, had surgery in March. And I read this board often, and it seems like I am dealing with the same issues as most of you. I am down 130 pounds, so I am feeling great. I have let my self get lax on the carbs, and I think my big downfall is not getting into an excercise program from the beginning. I guess this is my little confessional hehe But I did the bun and thigh pilates video yesterday, and I did 12.5 minutes on my eliptical trainer this morning. I am going to try REALLy hard to excercise at least five days a week! So I can away the pounds. I am getting married on March 19th of this year, my fiance and I had surgery on the same day, and it's our one year anni of WLS. So Anyways, sorry to be so long winded, I just am hoping that since I wrote this down, I will be more apt to keep this goal. Thanks everybody. Stephanie 402/272/190ish

Congrats! Weddings are an awesome thing! That combined with 'double' surgery is a double ding! Good luck on keeping your goal of exercise. What size or when do you buy the dress in? I have a friend that's not getting married until August and so far she's bought two dresses and is thinking of a thir, she's huh?! L&H Gayle

Hi Stephanie! Wow congratulations on the awesome weight loss thus far and welcome! Love to see "new" Marchers posting It is hard. Those darn ol' carbs! None for me today! ugh except the grits. I tried guys... I really tried to NOT have the grits... but I totally caved!!! NOT TOMORROW THOUGH!!! at any rate its hard. Exercise is definitely the key. I am going to obsess about it now. I am SO tired of being 226 now. I haven't lost anything significant since october and now Im just peaved. Congrats on your wedding date and hope to see you around more often Elizabeth M
