Has anyone taken any pills or herbs to help along your weightloss? If so, what did you take? VAL

Not really to speak of, but I do take Adderall for my ADHD and it kind of supresses my appetite sometimes. Other times I notice nothing. I had a gal at my support group mention that the protein drink we've been having really supresses her appetite. I had to think about it but agree - it does that with me as well. It's Protidiet - a gelatin protein. Hope you find more answers! Dina
