Hi all

Sorry I've been so truant in touching base with you all. My only excuse is that I'm happily adjusting to my new life (no longer morbidly obese), and don't spend near the time on the computer that I used to. Just got back from a wonderful two-week cruise from San Diego to Ft. Lauderdale through the Panama Canal. Never was able to finish a single dinner! I've lost 105 pounds and am truly thrilled about it. I hope to be able to post a new picture here before too long. We just got a new camera and I haven't figured it out yet so we've got tons of photos on the memory card but none of them on the computer yet. I want you all to know that your thoughts and prayers during my rather tumultuous 2004 truly meant a lot to me. I'll try to be better about stopping in to see you all more often. Rob (aka caboose)

You know cuz the true hottie on the inside (that she knew was there) is now out there for all to see?? Rob, It's really great to see a post from you. I'm glad to hear you're doing so well. I haven't been on the computer much either (except at work where I'm on it all day long!)so, it was a pleasant surprise to see a post from you. Congrats on taking a cruise. I'm hoping to take one this year too. Since I'm 80 pounds down, I'm a lot less freaked out about getting in a bathing suit. I'm waiting for my daughter to send me an updated picture that I can post...she's the one with the digital camera. Well, have fun out there and hope to see less of you (an updated photo) Karen T
