Started at 164, weighed in at 145 this morning. That makes 119 pounds gone forever! Total for the group 3275 pounds or 26.2 average 125 pound people. WE might have been able to lose 26 peoples worth of weight, but tell me what have you gained? I cant even begin count all that I have gained from the surgery. 1. Freedom 2. Health 3. Increased esteme 4. New wordrobe 5. More friends 6. More energy These are the common gains we make, Does anyone have extaordinary or Odd gains in response to WLS? Curious to hear about them.
