BMI 30.0!!!!

I have been away from home and my scale for five days, since the ONE-derful weigh in at 199.... This morning I weighed in and I was at 197. I just checked my BMI and it's exactly 30.0 which means that just one more pound and I'll no longer (hee hee we know the truth!) be in the OBESE category! Holy Moly how'd that happen? I mean wasn't it just yesterday that I was getting ready to go in for surgery??? What a ONEderful New Year this has started out to be! L&H Gayle
