pictures
I've gone back into my profile and sprinkled some pictures thoughout my journey. When I get the pictures from my doctor, I'll put the every 3 month front and side ones up. Unfortunately, I don't really have a good Christmas picture so Thanksgiving is the most recent one.
The scale has only gone down about 5 to 8 pounds since September, but that was after I gained 7 pounds of fluid weight when I came off all my blood pressure meds. While the scale hasn't moved, my body sure has though.
The 12th of January I start a karate class for exercise and the 19th my yoga/pilates class starts again. I am sure that if I were more diligent about exercise things would move faster for me, but I am doing ok. One of these days I'll get to that elusive 100 pounds.
My personal goal is 130 pounds which is still 55 pounds away. My size goal is an 8. That is something that my doctor and I agree on . He thinks 150 is do-able for me and would be a good weight, but agrees with me that I should be in single digits, so today I bought my first pair of size 14 jeans that actually snap and zip, sooooooooooooo only 3 more sizes to go!!!
