Exercise Challenge
I'm on a running program here as I am going to run a 10K ( 6.1) miles on 4/24/05. Today I warmed up for 10 minutes and ran 2 miles, then walked to cool down for a total of 41 minutes of cardio and just over 3 miles. I used the ab machine, did decline abs, dips, and some biceps. I'm working on my man boobs here and making sure I don't get wings.
