Exercise Challenge

I'm on a running program here as I am going to run a 10K ( 6.1) miles on 4/24/05. Today I warmed up for 10 minutes and ran 2 miles, then walked to cool down for a total of 41 minutes of cardio and just over 3 miles. I used the ab machine, did decline abs, dips, and some biceps. I'm working on my man boobs here and making sure I don't get wings.

Oh I'm in Joy!! I have been in an exercise rut! Time to get moving again! I am going to start tomorrow at the gym again. Been off from when I had been sick and haven't started back up. I'm so ready to start again and start seeing the scale move down! Elizabeth M
