Exercise Challenge
I want to issue an exercise challenge: Lets move these great bodies of ours at least 5 days out of 7, and be accountable for reporting in and telling what we did.
I just did 5 minutes of situps, followed by 25 minutes on my Gazelle.
This has got to help reach my anniversary goal! (At least maybe flatten out my stomach a bit!)

I am in on this!!!! I had resolved to keep exercise one of my focuses in 2005 so this will help in many ways!!!
Today we left a hotel after a holiday weekend get away and I used the exercise room everyday we were there; 2 miles onthe treadmill, 2 miles on the recoumbent bike, and then all the exercise I got playing football and splashing in the pool with my 7 kids! It was a GREAT start to 2005!
