TWO-MONTH SPRINT
OH I WOULD LOVE TO JOIN THIS SPRINT!
I have only 24 pounds to MY goal, and I KNOW that is not realistic with my weight loss slowing as it has been but I would like to be pretty close to that!
I would love to loose 14 pounds that would make me only 10 pounds from my goal, I think that is realistic don't you???
I don't kow anymore what I can reasonably expect from my body and what I can't.
ANyone else having this problem???
For the past 2 months I have lost 5 pounds a month and THAT is fabulous! But I won't make my goal by my one year that that rate and my sister made her goal plus some, and quite honestly I DON"T want to hear the COMPARISIONS my family will make!
UGH...do they really think that crap HELPS????
ok...off to do some moving my body aroundI KNOW THAT PUSHES MY WEIGHT LOSS!

I too would like to join in the sprint to our 12 mos anniverary date! I have stuggled with 4 lbs the last 3 mos..and I am ready to do what it takes to lose 17 lbs between now and March 18th , 2005. I want to exercise
4x per week and increase my liquids and protein. I have lost 83 Lbs. and will be very encouraged to lose the last 17#, making me a Century Club member on my first anniversary! Cheers to all of us.....Terry

Ok, I'm down for the sprint too!
I like this idea of doing total liquids for a few days and I think I'm going to jump on that bandwagon as well. Currently, I'm weigh about 148 pounds, post surg I was 248. My real goal is to weigh 135 and the needle on the scale isn't moving. I think doing the liquid for a day might jump start my system into losing...not sure but I'd like to try it. Tuesday is going to be my day. 3 protein shakes and decaf tea in between and I'll see what happens.
Every one I read about on here is doing so great....we've all come such a long way.....let's keep on going!

I would love to join the century club by my anniversay of 3/8. That would be another 10 pounds. It would also be a miracle since I have only lost 5 in the last 3 months. I have gotten back into biking. I broke my ankle and had to stop for awhile but today I was back on. Only for 15 minutes but it was a good start.
I would REALLY love to get below 200 but I think that is too much to ask for!
