not sure if i should show my face here! i've been hanging out on the over fifty forum for so long--but i have missed you all! i see many of you have had new pics done-several times- and a few of you are still using your preop pics- mine was taken during the summer- i am overdue for a new one but....well- haven't found a friend with a camera lately! anyhow- today is my 9 month anniversary and i realized that i hadn't checked in with you --my losing has been slow but i am not really concerned yet- i am wearing 14's (with elastic) loosely-but haven't yet put on my 12's--i can fit into a medium shirt - and wow--i cannot get used to this! i feel fantastic and that is the important thing here!bloodwork has been great... sadly; i am still using my cpap...however, i have not given up hope to get away from it someday! i have, unfortunately, developed an addiction to mini pretzels-- hubby and i bought a house and moved in last weekend- so it has been very crazy!!!!! i have to say that you all look great and i am excited to see some folks on here whose names i do not recognize... i'll try to stay more faithful to you all!

Hi Margo! It is great to see you! Sounds like you are doing terrific. Sorry you are still needing the CPAP--there are many causes for sleep apnea, obesity is only one of them. I'm glad that you are getting on with life--new house and all. Isn't it amazing what we are able to do now? Have a great new year... Joy

Hi Margo! You look absolutely fantastic woman! I hardly recognized you at all! Sorry to hear you still have to use the CPAP machine, but I have heard from a few people who still do have to use it. Some people have sleep apnea despite their weight. Good to see you around these parts - hope you come back and stay awhile! Dina
