HI All!! I just wanted to take a minute to wish all of you a Very Merry Christmas and Best Holiday Wishes for any of you who don't celebrate Christmas. I hope that all of you are looking forward to 2005 with a better outlook on life as a result of your "REBIRTH"!!! I know that I am!! I have been thinking about some of the Christmas Presents that I have received that did not come in a box: 1) My family no longer worries about my dying before my time. 2) My "C-PAP Machine" is collecting dust in my closet. 3) My cholestorol count is 140. 4) My blood pressure is a non- event. 5) I don't hate going to the Doctor. 6) I don't hate the mirror. 7) I don't hate the scale. 8) I don't hate Myself. 9) My knees don't ache. 10) I don't need to stop for air after walking up stairs. 11) I can take long walks with my dog and enjoy them. 12) I can paddle my kayak again. 13) I don't feel like I "stand out" quite as much in a crowd. 14) I can wear my Wedding Ring again. 15) I can hug my wife from "head to toe". 16) I don't need to shop in the "Big and Tall". 17) I don't worry about fitting in or breaking chairs. 18) I can sit in a booth in a restaurant. 19) I don't feel like I need a shoehorn to get in a small car. 20) I can fit into spaces that I never could before. I can go on like this all day.... but I think that you get the idea!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!!! Mike

Yeah Mike!!! Just last night I was trying to figure out what to do with my CPAP. It's a shame to let an expensive piece of equiment that could save a life gather dust. Isn't life great!? Happy holidays to you and yours! Connie

My CPAP is in my shed collecting dust too. Maybe we can gut them and make planters out of them! hahahaha!

I've got an idea.....we can sew all of our jumbo clothing together to make a balloon float for the Thanksgiving Parade and use all of the C- Pap machines in multiple to blow it up!!!! Mike

That's great, Mike! Or...we can sew all our clothes together and make hot air balloons, blown up by the CPAPs and make it a fund raiser for all the people who want/need the surgery and their insurance company won't pay! Am I a humanitarian or what?????

Hi All, I do believe you can donate your machines to many church organizations or salvation army for their distribution when necessary. That would be a good thing for someone who can't afford to buy one. I know it would be a blessing for those that could use it.. Sounds like you are all doing wonderful, I no I feel the same way this Christmas. Fitting into smaller places is a good thing. Love ya all Marilyn, the Bearlady
