9 Months Out.....

Yesterday I weighed myself and was delighted to see a plain old 200 LB before my eyes. That was my nine month aniversary and that means that I've lost a total of exactly 120 pounds! Of course I got up this morning expecting (more like strident hoping!) to see 199 but no such luck. I'd actually went up one instead! I can bend and twist and stretch and walk and just do all sorts of things that wouldn't be possible without having had this surgery. I am so very much healthier than I ever thought imaginable! It scares me to think of what I'd be like if I hadn't had it. Good thing I did, that way I can just smile rather than be scared! That's it for me, just thought I'd do an update.

Gayle, Glad to hear your 9 month went well. We still need to get together & meet each other. I think our support group will be meeting again soon in Bullhead City, I will let you no when it is.
