Low carb recipes

This may be a bit late for holiday menus, but here is a great site for low carb recipes. I especially recommend Cheryl's cheese cake and Karen's muffins. Looks wonderful! I'm thinking we aren't going to cook for Christmas though. I am not really sure. I love the turkey and all but Thanksgiving wore me out. Another great LC site is www.lowcarbluxury.com. They have some fantastic recipes, including one for fresh sugar free cranberry sauce. I made it one year - what fun! Dina
