Update and holiday wishes.

Good Morning Friends: I posted this on the over 50 board but as we all started together here I thought I would post it on this board as well. I want to wish all of you a wonderful holiday season. I hope you have good times with family and friends. I hope all your efforts for weight loss are great and that you are happily succesful. As for us---- DH - Jerry is having surgery today on his hand for carpal tunnel syndrome. He had it about 10 years ago on his other hand and that had great results. So we are looking for the same for him now. We are still unsure as to whether or not he will qualify for wls. We're spending Christmas eve at my niece's home with her husband, 2 girls and assorted relatives. Christmas day for us is morning brunch with friends, and then dinner here with more friends. On New Years eve we have a 10 day cruise out of Tampa to assorted islands plus Panama and Honduras. Then on January 12th I will have a face and neck lift and eyes done. I had all this done 10 years ago when I also lost a lot of weight. Thank goodness this time the weight loss is permanent. I figure at age 57 this will be my last ps. I am not opting for any body PS. I do have some sagging around my waist and rear but not enough to look dreadful (no overhang or anything like that)and certainly only DH and I see it. My boobs are another matter altogether and they look fine in a bra and clothing so that will not get worked on. My surgeon said that if he does a breast lift I will end up with small A cups. Since I have always been large up there that would seem tooooo weird and I do not want implants so I'll just keep what I have the way it is. He also said that breast surgery will not improve my looks in my clothes, only naked ,and since DH and I are the only ones to see this then we're fine with it all. So this feels like the culmination of my wls and weight loss efforts. Once I have this done I will not only be in the best shape ever but I will look as good as possible. That's all for us.
