I think we ALL need a reality check from time to time. I know I do. But seriously folks....NO SUGAR. It is the antichrist of foods. It's like putting Satan in your body (talk about getting carried away here! lol). It has NO REDEEMING QUALITIES. I'm down to a size 6. NOTHING CAN TASTE BETTER THAN THAT!!! I have never been this small in my entire life. Someone described me as petite yesterday and I laughed myself silly. in all seriousness, though....we all risked our lives for this. We've gotten a gift. I plan on using mine to the best of it's ability...even if it means no junk food forever. It's worth it. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!!!!

I am a little late in reading this, as I don't post on the March board too often anymore...but I sure relate to you! I can eat pretty much what I want and larger quantities than I think I should be able to. I have maintained my weight for the last 3 months and feel like I am on maintenance although my original goal was for 15 more lbs. I am in a size 10 though and very happy. I have had some gas pains and vomited a couple times from over indulgence...but I never dump either! Anyway, I noticed my middle was protruding more than ususal after coarser foods and have just been diagnosed with a ventral hernia...so I am wondering if this had anything to do with being able to eat more...not that it caused it, but the weakness of my abdominal wall could have allowed it...not sure just wondering out loud. Just wondered if you had anything similar? Sally
