Do you know the Pouch Rules?

Just thought I would share this information with my friends. I was browsing the websites for more information before my surgery (3-19-04) and came upon Pouch Rules for Dummies. I just thought this was great information for both pre and post op patients. Let me know if this is helpful to you or someone you know. Sometimes we forget the general rules on our pouch and start living, which is not a problem but it is if you start to see a climb in weight. God bless.
