Bowling @ Dave & Busters
I'm not sure if this will work or not, but this link ( http://www.obesityhelp.com/photos/uzone,photos/action,gallery/albumId,19695/ ) should be for the pictures that Traci posted from the Maryland Board bowling outing to Dave & Busters on Saturday!
This might have been our most 'strenuous' outing exercise wise. I know my 'butt' muscles are still letting me know about it!
If you don't know what Dave & Buster's is, my sister describes it as a Chuck E. Cheese for adults!!! We were there at noon time, but the atmosphere is like a Rock 'n Bowl, or disco bowling, or moonlight bowling any time of day.

Thanks! We have a really great group on the Maryland state board. Besides having a few different support groups around the area, we also try to get together socially every 4 to 6 weeks.
We had a sort of bridal shower/bachlorette lunch for one of our own who was getting married. One gal who had been to a support group meeting and was thinking about surgery came and brought her mother. Once her mom started meeting those of us who were post ops and saw that yes we do eat normal food (not much of it . but we can and do eat ...) and that we are healthy happy people, her whole attitude about Kathy's surgery changed.

Yeah there are alot of misconceptions about the surgery. ALot of fear...rightfully so of course. But man is it a blessing! Anne Arundel... I'm from DE but we go to Crisfield alot ... ah im thinking of Queen Annes... but is Ann arundel on the way too? Can't remember, in fact we are going down to Crisfield MD around 2nd week of July I believe. The baby will be about a month old Should be neat. I love it down there we rent a cabin there with my parents and my dad goes crabbing and fishing in the bay. I LOVE the chesapeake.
